How long does it take to receive my order?
Our standard production and delivery timeline is approximately 60 days from the time your design is approved. We'll keep you updated throughout the process.
Can I get my towels faster?
Right now we do not offer rush production, but we recommend placing your order early — especially before football season — to ensure on-time delivery.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
Yes — we offer flexible payment options for teams and organizations. Most orders can be split into two payments: 50% upfront to begin production, and 50% due before shipment. If you need a custom arrangement, just let us know — we're happy to work with your timeline.
Do you offer any kind of guarantee?
Yes — we back our towels with a 100% No-Rip Guarantee. If any towel rips from normal on-field use during the season, we’ll replace it for free. No fine print, no hassle — just send us a photo and we’ll take care of it. That’s our promise to you.
What’s the minimum order size?
